Terms of Service

Short version: Free tools are free to use as-is. Intelligence Suite purchases are digital deliveries with a 14-day refund window. We provide information, not legal advice, and we are not responsible for immigration decisions made by authorities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing visaora.io (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. About Our Services

Visaora provides (a) free informational tools — calculators, checklists, counters, and predictors; and (b) the paid Intelligence Suite (RiskScan, DocScan, TimeScan, CoverScan, RecoveryScan) at $12 per tool or $24 for the bundle.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site. By using the Site you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Site and its free tools for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not scrape, resell, mirror, or redistribute the tools or their output at scale without written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

  • Attempting to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
  • Using tool outputs to misrepresent facts to any government or third party.
  • Reproducing Site content as your own product or service.
  • Using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intelligence Suite Purchases

  • Pricing: $12 per tool, $24 for the five-tool bundle, one-time payment.
  • Delivery: reports are generated digitally and delivered on-page or by email after payment.
  • Refunds: you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the report was not delivered or failed to generate due to a technical fault. Refund requests: support@visaora.io.
  • Payments: processed by our third-party payment processor under their own terms.

7. Affiliate Links

Some links on the Site are affiliate links that may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Clicking them is optional and never required to use our free tools. Details: Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content, design, tool logic, and branding are owned by Visaora or its licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

9. No Professional Advice

As stated in our Disclaimer, the Site provides general information only. It is not legal, immigration, financial, or tax advice, and no professional relationship is created.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visaora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any immigration decision, loss, or damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Visaora against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visaora is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
